Lawrence T. D'Aloise, Jr.

Larry has over 30 years experience in all phases of litigation, with the emphasis on appellate practice. A lecturer and author in the area of appeals, he has argued landmark appeals in highest federal and state courts in New York.

Larry is a strategist, particularly adept at searching out the heart of the case and distilling intricate facts and abstract legal principles into a simple and comprehensive theory of the case. "The hallmark of an effective litigator is the ability to simplify a complex case so that even a child can understand."

His knowledge of the law coupled with his intimate understanding of machinery and mechanics borne of his many years experience in restoring, maintaining, collecting and racing motor vehicles is a vital asset to the firm's products liability, transportation, premises and construction accident litigation. He has successfully litigated complex cases involving defective airplanes, automobiles and construction machinery.
