We started as Clark & Close in 1907, becoming Clark, Close & Davis in 1921 and adding Gagliardi in 1937. Today, after our first century of continuous practice, we are Clark, Gagliardi & Miller, P.C.


OUR PAST

Lee Parsons Davis Since its inception, CG&M's attorneys have served with distinction. Firm founder Frederick Close was a Judge of the Supreme Court and Presiding Judge of the Appellate Division, Second Department. Joseph Gagliardi was District Attorney of Westchester County and the Administrative Judge for the Ninth Judicial District. Lee Gagliardi served as a Federal Judge in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Elbert Gallagher was the first Administrative Judge for the Ninth Judicial District.

John Dillon, John C. Marbach and Lee Parsons Davis were all Supreme Court Judges. John Dillon also was the Westchester County Surrogate.

Senior partner Henry G. Miller was President of the New York State and Westchester County Bar Associations and a recipient of the Pace Law School Distinguished Service Award.
